You will recieve your e-Voucher via e-mail – no cost. If you choose the gift card option, the lucky recipient will recieve the gift via e-mail as well. You can then either print the e-mail or put it in your favourites, for easy access in the future.
Right after your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find our e-mail.
Your e-Voucher is valid for a whole year from the date of purchase.
Yes, the e-voucher has to be redeemed as a whole. It cannot be redeemed in part.
The extra amount will stay in your name. Next time you stay with us, you will be able to use what’s left from your voucher.
The e-Voucher can be used as a payment for whatever you choose. You can select between accommondation, breakfast, massage.. See all the options at https://vouchers.palladion-hotel.gr/.
Yes, you can redeem another voucher against the same reservation number.
Currently the e-voucher is available in EUR only, but it can be redeemed for all respective currencies while on the hotel. We will convert the currency using the rate available on redemption day.
It may be possible for us to extend the validity of your gift voucher, however we cannot guarantee this. Please contact us directly to check if we can offer an extension. Also this is possible only if your e-Voucher is about to be expired soon. We can’t change an e – Voucher that has already expired.

No, the e-Vouchers can only be redeemed against bookings made directly through our website or via a phonecall/ email.
The minimum spending amount at the moment is 50€. There is not a maximum ammount. You can purchase various e-Vouchers, for different purposes. Visit our products page to find out more!
Yes! The 50€ e-Voucher will be worth 75€ after 60 days. The 150€ will be worth 220€ . Check out our products page and see what you win with each purchase!
