After your purchase, you will receive a stylish card that doubles as a pass in order to get the discount on your future stay. All you have to do is to simply mention the number that appears on this card when you decide to make your booking. The card must also be presented at the time of check-in.
The gift card is partially re-usable. Within the validity period it can be used to make any number of separate bookings up to the value of the card, or above the value – in which case the recipient needs to make up the difference. In other words, whatever amount is left in your card after your stay, will stay under your name and it can be used again at a future date. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
The recipient will be sent a card in his/her e-mail. It can be saved as a favourite on his/her e-mail inbox, for easy access in the future, or it can be printed and saved. See below for an image of the gift card:
This specific e -Voucher can be used for accommodation only purposes, either in full or in part payment, but change cannot be given. If you wish to cancel it, you can do it with no extra cost within 15 days after the purchase. E – Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
